Terms and Conditions
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries and services provided by relate commerce GmbH (sokke.love), Blegistrasse 9, 6340 Baar, Switzerland. By entering into a contract (see “Offer and Contract”), the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Offer and Contract
Offers issued by relate commerce GmbH are non-binding. Verbal information provided by employees of relate commerce GmbH is also non-binding. The contract is concluded once the customer confirms the offer and resulting order by email or in writing.
Prices and Payment
Prices shown on sokke.love or in our catalogs/forms are exclusive of VAT and serve as guide prices unless stated otherwise. Shipping and customs fees are included in the prices.
- For orders below CHF 3,000 or EUR 2,700, full payment is due upon order confirmation.
- For orders above CHF 5,000 or EUR 4,700, payment is split into two 50% installments:
- The first installment is due upon order confirmation.
- The second installment is payable immediately after receiving the goods.
relate commerce GmbH reserves the right to deliver goods only against prepayment or deposit for outstanding orders.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of placing the order.
In the event of withdrawal by the buyer, a flat fee of CHF 500 will be charged. This fee will be deducted from any amount already paid, and the remainder refunded.
The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the ordered socks cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly and refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery times are approximate and non-binding. Production starts upon receipt of payment. relate commerce GmbH assumes no liability for delivery delays. Customers are not entitled to withdraw from the contract due to delays.
Over- or Under-Delivery
Deliveries may vary by ±5% of the ordered quantity due to industry norms. The customer will be invoiced for the actual quantity delivered.
Returns
Products sold via sokke.love are non-returnable. Exchanges or returns for reasons such as dissatisfaction are not accepted.
Product Quality
Color or pattern deviations may occur due to materials or manufacturing methods and cannot be completely excluded.
One-Size Products
Unless otherwise agreed, products are produced as unisex “One-Size” items and are suitable for shoe sizes ranging from EU 38 to 45 (not guaranteed). These are guideline sizes and may vary slightly. If custom sizing is agreed upon, the same terms apply (see “Size Tolerance”).
Size Tolerance
Due to the woven nature of textiles, a size tolerance of 3.5% applies. This tolerance is accepted by the customer upon order confirmation.
Warranty
Defects must be reported in writing or by email within 7 days of receiving the goods. If this deadline is missed, the goods are considered accepted.
relate commerce GmbH will compensate defects by providing replacements or, at its discretion, offer a price reduction equivalent to the value loss. Customers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of defects. Defects resulting from force majeure are excluded from warranty.
Best Price Guarantee
Our Best Price Guarantee applies to customized sock orders under the following terms:
- The guarantee applies only to identical products with the same specifications, design, and quality.
- You must submit a written copy of the competitor’s quote for evaluation.
- We reserve the right to reject the guarantee if the competitor’s quote is not feasible.
- Price adjustments are at our sole discretion to ensure high quality and service.
- The guarantee does not apply to offers from foreign or private sellers.
- Price adjustment decisions made by Sokke are final.
- We may change or revoke the guarantee without prior notice.
This guarantee is not a legally binding commitment.
Use of Customer Projects for Marketing
- relate commerce GmbH may use selected customer projects and designs for marketing and presentation purposes in both online and offline publications, including social media, to showcase its quality of work.
- Customers may object to such use in writing within 30 days of being notified. In such cases, the company will refrain from using the materials.
- relate commerce GmbH commits to respecting personality and intellectual property rights and will not disclose any confidential information.
Resale
If you offer our textile products for resale, you must comply with EU labeling requirements, which include a label that clearly states the composition of all textile fibers and any non-textile parts of animal origin. Failure to provide such labeling may result in legal consequences including fines or prosecution.
Confidentiality / Data Protection
Customers are not permitted to share pricing or contract terms with unauthorized parties and agree to confidentiality.
With customer consent, relate commerce GmbH may use produced goods in marketing materials both online and offline.
Consent to Receive Marketing Communications
By submitting a request via our website/platform, you agree to receive occasional marketing materials about our products, services, and offers via email, SMS, social media, or mail.
You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in our messages or by contacting us directly. We handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions or other agreements be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract remains effective. The invalid provision will be replaced with one that closely matches its legal and economic purpose.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
If any part of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Changes to the GTC may occur at any time. The version valid at the time of order applies.
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
